This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.
• Take on a pivotal role in managing payroll services for SAP MPS (Managed Payroll Services) and BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) service organization.
• Ensure the delivery of payroll services with high-quality operational support across various domains.
• Oversee the execution of payroll service delivery for clients.
• Offer guidance, mentorship, and training to mid-level team members.
• Foster close collaboration with both internal and external stakeholders to promote operational excellence.
• Assist in defining and establishing both global and local standard payroll processes.
• Design, implement, and maintain global payroll and HR business process standards.
• 5–8 years of experience in payroll outsourcing within a BPO setting.
• In-depth knowledge of payroll processes, including payroll control centers, garnishments, payroll policies and controls, compliance and payments, and reporting to local authorities.
• Hands-on experience with Employee Central Payroll and payroll control centers.
• Proven experience working with multinational clients.
• Familiarity with SLA and KPI reporting.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced environment while juggling multiple priorities.
• Ability to perform under pressure and maintain high client satisfaction.
• Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution competencies.
• Exceptional attention to detail and robust organizational skills.
• Proficiency in English and the local language (both written and spoken).
