This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Hungary.
• Provide comprehensive support to the payroll team throughout the entire process in accordance with established standards and client specifications.
• Effectively utilize the hrX suite of tools for payroll processing and related activities.
• Execute, assist, and oversee a Root Cause Analysis (RCA) when issues arise leading to client escalations, ensuring that corrective measures are taken.
• Actively seek upsell opportunities and aid in the Change Request process when deviations from the agreed contractual service scope are identified.
• Comprehend standard payroll reports as well as client-specific requirements, including the statutory year-end reporting obligations outlined in the customer contract and service scope.
• Stay updated on legislative requirements; system modifications, changes, and overall payroll processes while managing the payroll legislation roadmap.
• Address payroll-related inquiries and requests from both team members and clients, assisting the Operations Manager with client engagement initiatives.
• Regularly update, maintain, and enforce the Defined Work Instructions (DWIs) and other process documentation.
• Demonstrate the ability to identify and appropriately handle sensitive and confidential information.
• Resolve and provide support for technical and functional issues escalated by team members and clients.
• Ensure all systems are utilized in compliance with regulations.
• Maintain and support the client solution workbook while providing functional assistance as necessary.
• Engage in and advocate for innovation initiatives aimed at driving continuous improvement.
• Assist and guide in project implementations and go-live processes.
• Enhance and develop colleagues through training sessions and coaching to empower them in their roles.
• Participate in various projects and activities as required and assigned.
