Senior Payroll Functional Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Belgium.

📋 Description

• The Functional Consultant is tasked with configuring a SuccessFactors module within a project.

• This position encompasses both internal and client-facing responsibilities essential for a successful implementation.

• By leveraging best practices, country-specific expertise, and technical knowledge, they will ensure the solution aligns with the client’s needs and specifications.

• The Functional Consultant will be part of our SAP Consulting Practice in Belgium, collaborating with a team to support one of our prominent clients in the area.

• The role guarantees that the functional workstream delivers high-quality outputs into the customer’s Production environment, ensuring Strada meets the client’s expectations for the go-live of functionality and fosters a long-lasting, mutually beneficial client relationship.

• This position is accountable for delivery in accordance with the designated implementation methodology and for ensuring its consistent application throughout the program.

• Additionally, the role provides support to the Sales function by scoping, designing solutions, and estimating projects and change requests to ensure comprehensive documentation of the implementation scope, along with opportunities to engage with additional clients.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive experience in delivering HR services.

• Proven experience in the implementation of SuccessFactors and/or SAP HCM Payroll products.

• Experience with at least one end-to-end deployment project involving Employee Central Payroll or SAP HCM Payroll.

• Strong communication and presentation skills.

• Comprehensive knowledge of SAP HCM Payroll.

• Thorough understanding of Belgium Payroll.

• Capability to conduct clear and engaging customer meetings and workshops.
