This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Management of applications in SAP HCM for the modules of personnel administration, payroll, or time management.
• Design, implementation, quality assurance, and transition of requirements into production within the SAP HCM modules of personnel administration and payroll or time management.
• Support and consultation for existing and new clients.
• Participation in projects to address new requirements.
• Gathering, analyzing, creating, and implementing solution concepts.
• Documentation of implemented requirements, conducting functional tests, and troubleshooting.
• Assistance to the team leader.
• A deep understanding of HR processes and a strong affinity for technology.
• Alternatively, a profound understanding of technology along with an affinity for HR.
• Completed degree in (business) informatics or a comparable education in information technology.
• Extensive professional experience as a consultant or module supervisor in SAP HCM PA, PY, or PT.
• Excellent knowledge in customizing the respective SAP HCM modules.
• Good understanding of the creation and further development of schemes and rules for payroll processing.
• Solid technical knowledge of the German payroll system is an advantage.
• Confident demeanor and professional interaction with clients, even in case of escalations.
• High level of initiative.
• Ability to work independently.
• Very good German and good English language skills.
• Willingness to travel for occasional business trips.
