Senior Partnerships Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Develop and implement a comprehensive influencer strategy for a designated product across all key markets.

• Serve as the influencer advocate within the Business Unit.

• Establish campaign priorities, success metrics, and strategic guidance for regional influencer teams.

• Identify, engage, and activate high-potential influencers and strategic partners.

• Oversee product-specific influencer KPIs. Evaluate campaign, partner, and market performance to identify optimization opportunities.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated expertise in influencer marketing, affiliate marketing, or performance marketing as a primary focus, with a strong history of linking creator activities to measurable revenue outcomes.

• Practical experience in translating product and go-to-market priorities into influencer campaigns, partner programs, and growth initiatives.

• Proven capability to align and guide cross-functional and regional teams across product, marketing, and commercial sectors.

• Experience managing or significantly influencing a marketing budget, with confidence in reporting on revenue impacts beyond superficial metrics.

• Naturally data-driven - skilled at constructing performance frameworks, diagnosing effective strategies across markets, and optimizing based on insights.

• Proficient negotiator with a history of securing and expanding high-value influencer and strategic partnerships, including in emerging markets.

• Fluent in English; experienced in navigating diverse cultures, time zones, and international digital or tech products.

• A background in international tech, SaaS, or digital products is an advantage - with a genuine interest in the creator economy and its relationship with product growth.
