Senior Partner Support Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Accountable for retrieving and assessing outsourcing demand.

• Tasked with creating and modifying Purchase Orders.

• Required to adhere to guidelines when nominating pre-selected outsourcing partners for service contracts to fulfill contractual obligations and ensure high-quality service.

• Responsible for reviewing subcontracting renewals, additions, modifications, and deletions (PO updates, credits, refunds, etc.) by designating suitable partners and managing, reviewing RFQs.

• Assist in maintaining and updating the vendor database, including vendor names, coverage locations, coverage types, SLAs, etc.

• Responsible for examining subcontracting invoices and either approving or disputing them.

• Charged with reviewing subcontracting delivery tickets to identify root causes and corrective actions.

• Tasked with analyzing cost-benefit factors for outsourcing prospects.

• Additional duties as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in procurement, with vendor management and service procurement as a plus.

• Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and MS Outlook.

• Must possess detail orientation, critical thinking, analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, and be a self-starter.

• Experience with SQL.

• Familiarity with CRM, Quote Tools, and ERP systems (SAP).

• Excellent communication, organizational, and administrative skills.

• Excels in a fast-paced, multi-team environment and demonstrates an inherent ability to balance customer expectations, internal operations, and time-sensitive demands.

• Strong attention to detail and exceptional multi-tasking abilities are essential.

• High School Diploma or GED is required.

• ITIL, PMO, and Six Sigma certifications are preferred.
