This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop both short-term and long-term roadmaps along with a vision for a portfolio of partnerships.
• Propel inbound co-selling initiatives to G2's revenue organization.
• Implement strategies that enhance customer retention and growth.
• Create mutual success plans alongside partners and set shared OKRs.
• Collaborate with partner Sales, Marketing, and Enablement teams on joint offerings, account mapping, and customer-facing training.
• Enhance integration adoption and boost customer renewal and growth rates.
• Broaden partner use cases, including MCP Connectors and data package installations.
• Leverage partner resources and expertise internally to promote integration adoption.
• Track and evaluate partner performance metrics.
• Provide leadership with updates on adoption rates, pipeline contributions, and revenue effects.
• Work collaboratively across product, marketing, sales, and customer success to refine integrations and develop revenue-generating use cases.
• Communicate partner status and developments throughout the organization.
• Build new partner relationships from initial discussions to commercial agreements, go-to-market strategies, and activation.
• Integrate G2 within partner revenue teams.
• Assist internal G2 teams in understanding partner value and activation strategies.
• Act as a subject matter expert on G2 and its integration ecosystem.
• Share insights and industry knowledge with the Partnerships team.
• Over 7 years of experience in tech-related partnerships, sales, or customer success.
• Proven ability to cultivate relationships with senior and executive-level stakeholders across partner revenue, marketing, and product teams.
• Proficient in navigating and leading product discussions with assurance.
• Strong product knowledge and credibility with both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Demonstrated experience in developing and scaling partnerships on a global scale.
• History of achieving significant adoption and revenue growth.
• Excellent skills in prospecting and relationship building.
• Comfortable working in ambiguous and rapidly changing environments.
• Exceptional relationship management, collaboration, and communication abilities.
• Self-motivated with enthusiasm, persistence, and determination.
• Experience in the adtech sector is advantageous.
• Familiarity and comfort in discussions with publishers and DSPs is beneficial.
• Must have authorization to work in the United States without restrictions.
• Must not require current or future sponsorship to work in the United States.
