This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +3 more states.
• Take charge of the success of advanced transportation systems across a range of partners, serving as the main point of contact for executive city and agency leaders while operating with significant autonomy.
• Function as a trusted advisor and consultant to partners, converting their ideas and community needs into revenue-generating opportunities while making decisions that enhance service outcomes.
• Develop strong, long-lasting relationships with partners by identifying challenges, providing solutions, and proactively spotting opportunities for service expansion and revenue growth.
• Direct the analysis of daily, weekly, and long-term service performance data, transforming complex datasets into clear strategic insights that enhance quality, efficiency, and growth.
• Independently manage multi-year and intricate contract renewals and service expansions, conducting high-stakes negotiations with senior stakeholders to boost year-on-year revenue.
• Advocate for new products and capabilities within the organization, supporting partners to broaden the size and scope of their services.
• Over 7 years of relevant experience in a client-facing role, with a demonstrated ability to independently manage relationships with senior stakeholders in consulting, customer success, or a high-growth company.
• Strong quantitative skills and data literacy; you not only draw insights from complex data sets but also leverage them to guide strategic decisions and influence both partners and internal teams.
• A relationship-oriented entrepreneur who brings clarity and confidence to highly complex, politically sensitive situations, transforming them into opportunities to build deeper trust.
• A dependable, self-motivated individual who not only excels in fast-paced settings but also contributes to shaping processes within them.

• The final salary will be determined based on the candidate’s experience, knowledge, and skills. The salary indicated does not include equity or variable compensation, where applicable.
