This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take charge of the success, implementation, and expansion of Benepass’s strategic partner relationships.
• Oversee a portfolio of strategic partners while fostering trusted relationships with key stakeholders.
• Create partner success plans, establish communication routines, conduct regular check-ins, and facilitate business reviews.
• Act as the senior point of contact for partner inquiries, escalations, planning, and collaborative efforts.
• Manage partner implementation from the initial handoff through to launch and continuous optimization.
• Define best practices for onboarding across health plans, digital health entities, benefits administrators, TPAs, HRIS platforms, and various partnership models.
• Develop repeatable frameworks for implementation, onboarding plans, project templates, checklists, timelines, and criteria for readiness.
• Create materials for partner-facing and internal enablement.
• Establish scalable workflows for onboarding, client introductions, implementation support, and engagement post-launch.
• Standardize, automate, and enhance partner onboarding while ensuring a high-touch experience.
• Coordinate cross-functional implementation workstreams and document commitments, risks, dependencies, and decisions.
• Design and deliver partner training sessions, webinars, workshops, office hours, and additional enablement programs.
• Support transitions between partner teams, Sales, Implementation, and Customer Success teams.
• Monitor partner and referred-client performance metrics, including activation, utilization, engagement, retention, satisfaction, and expansion.
• Conduct reviews of partner performance and translate data insights into actionable recommendations and plans.
• Identify potential risks and facilitate the resolution of partner or client issues.
• Serve as the internal advocate for partners, influencing priorities in Product, Operations, Support, and Implementation.
• Develop and maintain partner playbooks, standard operating procedures, reporting, and documentation.
• Keep accurate records of partner activities, health, opportunities, commitments, and next steps in the CRM and internal systems.
• Contribute to shaping the operating model and best practices for Benepass’s expanding partner ecosystem.
• Over 5 years of experience in partnerships, customer success, account management, channel management, implementation, or a comparable client-facing role.
• Background in employee benefits, HR technology, SaaS, fintech, benefits administration, or a related field.
• Proven success in managing strategic external relationships and engaging with senior stakeholders.
• Extensive experience leading implementations, onboarding initiatives, or complex cross-functional projects.
• A history of creating scalable processes, playbooks, templates, and operational practices.
• Commercially minded, with an ability to identify and support expansion opportunities while preserving partner trust.
• Proficiency in utilizing data to evaluate account health, recognize trends, and suggest actions.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to facilitate conversations at the executive level.
• Strong organizational skills, sound judgment, follow-through, and meticulous attention to detail.
• Capability to operate independently, influence without authority, and structure an evolving environment.
• Nice to have: experience with digital health companies, benefits consultants, PEOs, TPAs, HRIS providers, or benefits-administration platforms.
• Nice to have: experience in building or managing channel, referral, marketplace, or strategic partner programs.
• Nice to have: familiarity with spending accounts and global health and wellness benefits.
• Nice to have: experience with Salesforce or another CRM, customer-success platform, or partner-management system.
• Nice to have: experience supporting integrations, fintech products, payments, or workflows in benefits technology.
• Nice to have: willingness to travel occasionally for partner meetings, events, and industry conferences.
• Must be located in the U.S.; the application will inquire about the candidate's U.S. residency and employment visa sponsorship needs.
