This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.
• Develop and oversee a robust partner pipeline through proactive outreach, follow-ups on inbound leads, and strategic account targeting.
• Identify, onboard, and secure partnerships that align with HubSpot’s ecosystem, including agencies, consultancies, and systems integrators.
• Evaluate partner compatibility by analyzing business models, growth strategies, service capabilities, and market entry approaches.
• Create and deliver persuasive business cases that highlight long-term revenue opportunities and growth potential with HubSpot.
• Guide partners through a systematic acquisition process, which encompasses discovery, stakeholder alignment, negotiation, and finalization.
• Facilitate effective onboarding by establishing clear expectations and fostering initial momentum towards activation.
• Promote partner activation by assisting with initial deals, sourced Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR), and establishing repeatable sales behaviors.
• Work collaboratively across functions to ensure a seamless transition from recruitment through onboarding and early-stage development.
• A minimum of 3 years in a quota-carrying SaaS sales role with a proven history of surpassing targets.
• Experience in partner, channel, or strategic sales, including exposure to multi-stakeholder negotiation cycles.
• Capability to evaluate business viability, encompassing partner models, service offerings, and potential for long-term growth.
• Strong prospecting abilities with experience in building a pipeline from the ground up.
• Commercial insight and the capacity to construct value-driven business cases.
• Exceptional communication skills with a background in engaging senior stakeholders, including business owners and executives.
• Proficient in managing pipeline, forecasting, and maintaining CRM accuracy with strong operational discipline.
