Senior Partner Sales Manager – Commercial West Acquisition

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Collaborate closely with the sales team to pinpoint strategic system integrator partners within the territory, developing thorough joint account plans and executing campaigns that enhance Snowflake's presence among our current customers.

• Work in conjunction with various departments, including Product Development, Sales, Sales Engineering, Industry, Professional Services, Field CTO, and Marketing, to guarantee a smooth experience for both partners and customers.

• Support system integrators in navigating the sales process, offering assistance with education, deal registration, service registration, pricing, and proposal development.

• Track the performance and commercial results of joint initiatives with system integrators, analyzing sales data, pipeline reports, and market trends.

• Maintain consistent communication and collaboration with system integrators throughout both pre-sales and post-sales activities.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 10 years of experience in partnering, strategic alliances, sales, marketing, or business development within the technology sector.

• Bachelor's degree is required.

• Over 5 years of experience in channel sales or channel program management with a focus on achieving revenue targets.

• Prior direct sales experience is preferred.

• Proven track record of success along with established relationships with Canadian system integrator partners.

• Preferred candidates should possess a working knowledge of Cloud environments.

• Capability to manage regional business plans and effectively track and communicate partner progress.

• Strong executive presence and professionalism.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, coupled with strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

• Travel Requirement: Estimated at 25-50% (variable).
