📋 Description

• Strategic Go-to-Market: Partner with a variety of stakeholders to develop detailed joint business plans that capitalize on the full capabilities of the Snowflake network. Collaborate on integrated go-to-market strategies that align with strategic objectives and target industries within the Brazilian market. Define joint industry solutions and offerings that showcase the strength of the ecosystem while setting Snowflake apart in the local landscape. Fulfill partnership objectives, including sales quotas and marketing initiatives; this role carries a sales quota.

• Practice Development & Capacity Building: Motivate partners to expand their Snowflake practices and enhance their technical skills. Assess ecosystem expertise and service quality to launch go-to-market programs that guarantee customer success. Establish certification growth strategies to create a strong pipeline of Snowflake-certified professionals in Brazil. Build enduring relationships with senior executives and decision-makers throughout the Brazilian partner ecosystem.

• Results-oriented Ecosystem Management: Utilize proven partner management expertise to oversee the complete alliance development process. Be a proactive self-starter focused on establishing and nurturing comprehensive relationships with multiple stakeholders concurrently.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with product development, sales, sales engineering, and marketing teams to ensure a cohesive ecosystem experience. Share insights from partners and customers with internal teams to foster ongoing platform and program enhancement. Work alongside technical experts to drive solution development with both global and local partners.

• Deal Support: Guide the ecosystem in navigating Snowflake’s partner program and sales process, including deal registration and alignment with Sales Leadership. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth, effective, and partner-driven sales cycle.

• Deliver on Performance: Track performance metrics across the partner network to ensure robust ecosystem growth. Maintain the flexibility to adjust priorities and think creatively to meet key regional objectives.


⛳️ Requirements

• At least 10 years of experience in partner management, strategic alliances, or business development within the Brazilian technology sector.

• Bachelor's degree.

• Over 5 years of channel sales or program management experience with direct responsibility for revenue goals.

• Proven success and established relationships with Brazilian SI partners and Cloud Partners (AWS, GCP, Azure).

• Native or near-native proficiency in Portuguese is required; bilingual in English and Portuguese is preferred.

• Familiarity with cloud environments and the Brazilian regulatory framework (e.g., LGPD) is advantageous.

• Capability to manage intricate regional business plans and monitor ecosystem developments.

• Strong executive presence, professionalism, and exceptional communication skills.

• Excellent problem-solving abilities and the capacity to prioritize effectively in a dynamic setting.
