Senior Partner Program Manager – Strategic Initiatives

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +3 more states.

📋 Description

• Identify opportunities to enhance partner-driven growth through focused programs and initiatives that complement Datadog's established partner framework.

• Design, implement, and expand customized partner programs that align with strategic business objectives, including regional growth efforts, new product adoption, partner incentives, referral strategies, and collaborative agreements.

• Collaborate with stakeholders across Channels & Alliances, Sales, Deal Desk, Legal, Finance, Operations, Marketing, Product, and Enablement teams to bring programs to fruition.

• Develop the operational processes and requirements essential for successful execution and sustainable scalability.

• Assess program effectiveness and suggest enhancements based on performance metrics and partner feedback.

• Transform successful initiatives into repeatable and scalable programs that can be more widely adopted within the partner ecosystem.

• Oversee multiple strategic initiatives concurrently.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 8 years of experience in partner programs, program management, business operations, strategy & operations, consulting, or a similar role within a SaaS or technology company.

• Demonstrated experience in building and scaling partner programs from inception.

• Proven capability in developing partner incentives, partner enablement initiatives, and translating them into scalable programs, processes, or go-to-market strategies.

• Strong comprehension of SaaS business models, including experience in consumption-based and usage-based software environments.

• Experience collaborating cross-functionally with Deal Desk, Legal, Finance, Operations, Enablement, Product, and executive stakeholders.

• Proven ability to lead intricate initiatives from conception through implementation and long-term adoption.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a data-driven approach to decision-making.

• Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills.

• Capable of thriving in ambiguous environments and creating structure where none exists.
