Senior Partner Marketing Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Develop and oversee marketing strategy, plans, and budgets in partnership with the sales team.

• Create marketing plans that are in line with SEON's marketing campaigns, executing, evaluating, and refining these plans to enhance the quality and results of the programs.

• Engage in effective communication and collaboration with regional sales and marketing teams, including support for local end customer and partner events, while sharing best practices across partners and regions.

• Lead marketing initiatives from planning through execution to result tracking.

• Collaborate with the Sales team to formulate regular partner business plans in the region that align with both partner and SEON objectives.

• Create integrated plans to drive demand with partners, ensuring alignment with revenue goals and providing necessary support for partner enablement.

• Act as the representative for partner marketing within other SEON teams.

• Maintain quarterly performance against partner marketing targets, budgets, and provide regular reports.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 10 years of experience in partner marketing.

• Demonstrated success in collaborating effectively with sales teams and partners.

• Proven ability to develop integrated, multi-touch marketing plans.

• Experience in account-based marketing.

• Strong expertise in metrics tracking and familiarity with sales and marketing automation systems; HubSpot experience is a plus.

• Exceptional communication and presentation skills.

• Proven capability to thrive and operate independently in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.

• Team-oriented with a positive attitude, strong initiative, a sense of urgency, and alignment with business goals.

• Willingness to travel 20-30%.

• Education: Minimum of a BA or BS degree.
