This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.
• Take ownership and achieve partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline and revenue results across designated VARs and Regional System Integrators.
• Foster pipeline development through collaborative prospecting, partner-driven opportunity discovery, and co-selling efforts with field sales teams.
• Enhance partner attach rates by equipping partners to effectively position Chainguard within security, cloud-native, and modernization solutions.
• Accelerate deal velocity and improve win rates via partner enablement, proactive engagement, and alignment with customer use cases.
• Identify, recruit, and focus on high-performing partners.
• Implement joint business planning that encompasses pipeline objectives, solution emphasis areas, enablement milestones, and marketing strategies.
• Monitor progress through quarterly and annual business evaluations.
• Drive partner readiness metrics, including certifications, solution validation, demonstration capabilities, and delivery assurance.
• Boost partner-driven demand generation through collaborative regional marketing campaigns, events, and field activities.
• Ensure forecast accuracy and maintain pipeline integrity using SFDC and complementary tools.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, solution engineering, marketing, and partner operations.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Software Channel Manager is required.
• Proven experience working with and through VARs.
• A successful sales history is essential, with a track record of meeting and exceeding quotas.
• Experience in a startup environment is advantageous.
• An entrepreneurial self-starter who can structure and decompose ambiguous challenges into actionable steps.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Comfort with public speaking and outstanding presentation abilities.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the capability to build rapport with diverse groups.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Strong technical proficiency.
• Data-driven and metric-focused approach.
