This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee the entire lifecycle of our partner's experience, from onboarding through activation and renewal, while collaborating with the Business Development Manager on identified upsell opportunities.
• Propel partners' operational success and revenue objectives through broad communication methods and by utilizing automation and AI to enhance outreach.
• Collaborate with various Grafana teams to ensure that the terms of partnership contracts and the obligations of both parties are fulfilled.
• Develop and establish processes to guarantee the operational success of agreements that include royalty or revenue-sharing elements.
• Assess deployment health and customer satisfaction regarding Partner engagements and programs to track progress, identify risks, and address obstacles.
• Partner with the Corporate Development team to create reliable, automation-driven systems that effectively highlight program progress and partner success metrics.
• Work alongside the Sales and Channel team to manage OEM partner relationships and assist customers in crafting their ideal user experience via our scalable external access program.
• Stay informed about upcoming OEM and Plugin Partner initiatives and communicate these to partners and internal Grafana teams.
• Improve documentation, develop internal and external enablement materials, and leverage data to report on your workstreams.
• Design, execute, and manage programs to expand our partner ecosystem.
• Minimum of 5 years experience managing a portfolio of customers/partners, formulating and implementing strategies to optimize retention.
• Must be adept at operating at scale and providing support to partners through a one-to-many engagement approach.
• Proven experience in creating agentic systems focused on process automation and scalability.
• Experience assisting partners and customers in navigating marketplaces and related transactions.
• Enjoy working cross-functionally while building and refining operational processes.
• Naturally analytical, with a talent for addressing real-world business challenges and the ability to pinpoint areas for improvement and offer innovative solutions.
• Detail-oriented with outstanding organizational skills, capable of multitasking to manage numerous processes, programs, and procedures.
