This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Drive profitable expansion for DTC brands by executing, optimizing, and analyzing paid social campaigns on Meta and TikTok.
• Assume responsibility for strategy and performance management across a portfolio of DTC e-commerce brands, ensuring that activities align with client goals, commercial objectives, and growth strategies.
• Spearhead account planning by pinpointing opportunities for enhancing customer acquisition, increasing efficiency, and scaling profitable growth.
• Create and manage testing roadmaps that encompass audiences, creative, offers, landing pages, and campaign structures, ensuring that accounts consistently evolve and improve.
• Evaluate performance across Meta, TikTok, Triple Whale, Shopify, and reporting platforms to uncover trends, opportunities, and areas needing attention.
• Track key growth metrics such as ROAS, CAC, MER, NC-ROAS, and customer acquisition efficiency, ensuring accounts remain on course to meet performance targets.
• Quickly identify underperforming areas and formulate recovery plans that address performance challenges while preserving client confidence.
• Collaborate closely with Creative Strategists to ensure that creative outputs align with account objectives and are informed by performance data.
• Serve as the primary strategic contact for assigned clients on a day-to-day basis, fostering strong relationships built on trust, reliability, and consistent performance.
• Assist in the development of Paid Social Managers through mentoring, coaching, and knowledge sharing, contributing to enhanced team standards.
• A minimum of 3 years of paid social experience in an agency or DTC e-commerce setting, with a proven history of scaling brands through advertising on Meta and TikTok.
• In-depth understanding of paid social strategy, customer acquisition, creative testing methodologies, and comprehensive growth planning.
• Strong commercial insight with the ability to link marketing performance to broader business objectives and growth outcomes.
• Demonstrated experience in developing account strategies that enhance customer acquisition efficiency, boost revenue, and promote sustainable growth.
• Advanced analytical skills, with proficiency in using Triple Whale, Shopify, GA4, Meta, and TikTok reporting environments to uncover opportunities and resolve performance issues.
• Exceptional client-facing communication skills, capable of leading strategy discussions, performance reviews, and planning sessions with confidence.
• Experience in mentoring, coaching, or aiding the development of junior team members, thereby elevating overall team performance.
• Strong project management and organizational abilities, adept at balancing strategic planning with day-to-day execution.
• Proactive, commercially focused, and comfortable taking charge of performance outcomes.
