This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.
• Accountable for the planning and execution of tactical activities, along with certain strategic responsibilities.
• Guarantees that all anticipated outcomes are delivered promptly, efficiently, and with high quality.
• Exhibits a comprehensive understanding of territory management skills, including autonomous strategic planning, with suitable oversight from management.
• Meets quarterly and annual sales targets, encompassing sales to new clients as well as upgrades within the designated area, thereby broadening the footprint with key accounts.
• Secures new hospitals, health systems, and large group practices.
• May assume a leadership position within the team, mentoring junior members or spearheading initiatives.
• Formulates quarterly sales plans in collaboration with the manager to align with the Plan of Action (POA).
• Cultivates client relationships to establish an outstanding reputation for service, promptly addressing issues efficiently.
• Conducts a minimum of 6 in-person interactions with decision-makers daily, potentially including C-Suite executives or other pivotal stakeholders.
• Enhances Health Monitor’s market share by identifying new business opportunities within the territory.
• Arranges advance working appointments to ensure comprehensive territory coverage.
• Oversees administrative duties, such as submitting sales orders through NetSuite and managing expenses and mileage reimbursements via Concur.
• Collaborates with regional service counterparts, including Ambassadors and Field Service Technicians, to guarantee client satisfaction and seamless operations.
• Undertakes additional responsibilities as assigned by management.
• A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent sales experience is mandatory.
• Over 5 years of experience in B2B, medical/dental device, or pharmaceutical sales.
• Demonstrated capability to interact professionally with clients and adjust communication styles to fit the audience (HCPs, C-Suite executives, etc.).
• Experience in territory management, including the capacity to strategically assign, scale, and optimize customer coverage.
• Comprehensive knowledge of HCP networks, group practices, and health systems within the region.
• Strong understanding of the Point of Care space, with the ability to train and inform both clients and new hires on products.
• Executive presence: confidence in presenting, listening, delegating, and making decisions that favor the company while addressing customer needs.
• Robust business acumen with an understanding of products, services, and the complete sales cycle.
• Exceptional storytelling abilities to captivate clients and close sales effectively.
• Proven history of achieving and surpassing sales quotas, with measurable sales achievements.
• Outstanding interpersonal skills, including active listening, written communication, and facilitation.
• Strong presentation skills, capable of creating and delivering high-level presentations for group practices and healthcare systems.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, with the ability to develop and present professional presentations to stakeholders and C-Suite executives.
• Technical proficiency in CRM and ERP systems such as NetSuite and Concur for managing sales orders and expenses.
• Must possess high-speed internet connectivity for remote work and administrative functions.
• Ability to remain informed about market trends and product innovations to effectively position Health Monitor’s offerings.
• Adaptability and problem-solving capabilities in a fast-paced, dynamic sales environment.
• 50% travel required
• Remote work and home office responsibilities during non-travel periods
