This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• Possess an advanced comprehension of all facets of organic search, encompassing on-page, technical, off-page, and SEO content. Operate independently to conceptualize innovative strategies tailored to aid clients in achieving their objectives.

• Stay informed about recent algorithm changes, ranking factors, and industry-leading practices.

• Exceptional storyteller: Capable of articulating organic search results, illustrating how it supports other marketing channels, its impact on the client's business, and proposing subsequent actions.

• Proficient in utilizing analytical tools essential for measuring SEO performance and reporting, including Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMRush, AHREFs, Moz, Screaming Frog, among others.

• Strong organizational and time management capabilities.

• Comfortable in managing client expectations and providing constructive feedback on strategies when necessary.

• Excellent presentation skills, able to customize communication for different audiences, simplify complex subjects, and provide actionable insights. Can effectively convey how articles or blogs enhance bottom-of-funnel pages to secure client approval for top and middle-of-funnel content.

• Capable of addressing performance and strategy challenges effectively.

• Develop clear, strategic roadmaps for both the short and long term to meet client objectives.

• Address client-related challenges in the channel, proactively identifying solutions and creating organic search blueprints and schedules. Manage accounts with high complexity or volume of work while maintaining positive feedback (a mix of enterprise, growth, and core accounts).

• Consider new avenues beyond existing organic search deliverables to drive significant results.

• Set organic search goals and forecasts for various scenarios while being adaptable to change as needed.

• Ability to delegate tasks clearly and identify workflow that can be managed by support resources.

• Conduct training sessions and actively contribute to the development of team members within the department.

• Build rapport effectively to establish credibility as an organic search authority with clients.

• Present innovative SEO and content strategies to facilitate the growth of the organic search offerings.

• Identify content gaps, align content initiatives with key business priorities and core SEO pages, and suggest new content strategies.

• Regularly identify cross-channel strategies or collaborations on accounts to enhance performance.

• Consistently achieve channel goals across all accounts or recommend strategic adjustments to boost performance.

• Ensure 100% completion of Power Digital processes weekly (Asana, Slack, novaPulse, etc.).

• Conduct thorough quality assurance to eliminate errors that could negatively affect client revenue.

• Complete Power Circuit tasks and promote their adoption.

• Meet all deadlines for deliverables and launches.

• Utilize AI technologies to improve and optimize business processes.

• Leverage Power Digital's Nova ecosystem in relation to your department.


⛳️ Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in a role focused on SEO.

• Advanced knowledge of all components of organic search, including on-page, technical, off-page, and SEO content. Align SEO and content initiatives with critical business focuses, working independently to devise tailored organic search strategies aimed at client retention.

• Extensive knowledge and experience employing analytical tools vital for SEO performance and reporting, such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMRush, AHREFs, Moz, Screaming Frog, etc. Stay up to date with industry best practices and the evolving SERP landscape.

• Ability to give positive and constructive feedback to team members supporting accounts; experience in training other team members is a plus.

• Strong organizational and time management skills related to strategy roadmapping, planning deliverables, delegating tasks, and reviewing work.

• Proactive problem solver with a solution-oriented mindset, applicable to both client accounts and internal scenarios. A strong team player.

• Excellent storyteller with robust presentation skills, capable of tailoring messages for various audiences, simplifying complex topics, and delivering actionable insights and analyses.
