This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Chile.
• In-depth knowledge of all elements of organic search, encompassing on-page, technical, off-page, and SEO content. Operate independently to devise innovative organic search strategies tailored to assist clients in achieving their objectives.
• Awareness of the latest algorithm updates, ranking factors, and industry standards.
• Exceptional storyteller: Capable of articulating organic search performance, explaining its contribution to other funnel channels, its impact on the client's business, and suggesting subsequent actions.
• Proficient in utilizing analytical tools essential for SEO performance and reporting, including Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMRush, AHREFs, Moz, Screaming Frog, and more.
• Strong skills in time management and organization.
• Comfortable in setting expectations and providing strategic pushback to clients when necessary.
• Excellent presentation skills to customize messages for different audiences, simplify complex topics, and deliver actionable insights and analyses. Can effectively communicate how articles or blogs support bottom-of-funnel pages to secure client commitment on top- and middle-of-funnel content.
• Ability to troubleshoot performance and strategy issues.
• Development of clear, strategic short-term and long-term plans to achieve clients' goals.
• Address client challenges related to the channel proactively by finding solutions, creating organic search blueprints and schedules. Manage accounts with the highest workflow complexity or volume, receiving positive feedback, including a mix of enterprise, growth, and core accounts.
• Think creatively beyond existing organic search deliverables to drive results.
• Set organic search goals and forecasts for various scenarios (and know when to adapt or adjust forecasts as necessary).
• Ability to provide delegation with clear instructions, proactively identifying workflow that can be managed by support resources.
• Lead training sessions and actively contribute to the development of team members within the department.
• Successful in building rapport to establish client trust as an organic search expert.
• Present new SEO and content strategies to ensure continued growth of the organic search offering.
• Identify content gaps, align content strategies with key business priorities and core SEO pages, and propose new content initiatives.
• Regularly identify cross-channel strategies and collaborations on accounts to enhance performance.
• Consistently meet channel goals across all accounts or recommend strategic adjustments to boost channel performance.
• Achieve 100% completion of Power Digital processes weekly (Asana, Slack, novaPulse, etc.).
• Conduct sufficient quality assurance to prevent errors that could negatively impact client revenue.
• Completion and adoption of Power Circuit.
• Ensure timely delivery of all projects and launches.
• Utilize AI technologies to improve and optimize business processes.
• Effectively engage with Power Digital's Nova ecosystem relevant to your department.
• At least 5 years of experience in an SEO-focused role.
• Advanced understanding of all facets of organic search, including on-page, technical, off-page, and SEO content. Align SEO and content efforts with priority business objectives. Work independently to innovate and create custom organic search strategies to assist clients in achieving their goals, ensuring client retention.
• Advanced expertise and experience with analytical tools necessary for SEO performance and reporting, including Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMRush, AHREFs, Moz, Screaming Frog, and others. Stay updated with industry standards and the evolving SERP landscape.
• Ability to provide constructive and positive feedback to team members supporting accounts. Experience in training team members is a bonus.
• Strong organizational and time management skills related to strategic planning, deliverable scheduling, task delegation, and review.
• Proactive and solution-oriented problem solver in relation to both client accounts and internal matters, with a team-player mentality.
• Excellent storytelling abilities with strong presentation skills to customize messages for different audiences, simplify complex subjects, and deliver actionable insights and analyses.
