This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.

📋 Description

• Comprehensive understanding of all elements of organic search, encompassing on-page, technical, off-page, and SEO content. Operate independently to devise innovative organic search strategies tailored to assist clients in achieving their objectives.

• Awareness of the latest algorithm changes, ranking criteria, and industry best practices.

• Exceptional storytelling abilities: Capable of articulating organic search performance, its impact on other funnel channels, its influence on the client's business, and suggested next steps.

• Proficient in using analytical tools essential for SEO performance and reporting, including Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMRush, AHREFs, Moz, Screaming Frog, and others.

• Strong organizational and time management skills.

• Comfortable setting client expectations and challenging strategies as necessary.

• Effective presentation skills to customize messages for different audiences, simplifying complex topics, and delivering actionable insights and analyses. Can clearly convey how articles or blogs support bottom-of-funnel pages to secure client buy-in for top- and middle-of-funnel content.

• Capable of solving performance and strategy-related issues.

• Development of concise, strategic short-term and long-term roadmaps to achieve client objectives.

• Manages client challenges associated with the channel, proactively seeking solutions, and creating organic search Blueprints and Schedules. Oversees accounts with high workflow volume or complexity, consistently receiving positive feedback (a mix of enterprise, growth, and core accounts).

• Thinks beyond existing organic search deliverables to drive significant results.

• Sets organic search goals and forecasts for various scenarios, with the ability to adapt or re-forecast as necessary.

• Capable of delegating tasks with clear guidance and proactively identifying workflow that can be managed by support resources.

• Facilitates training and actively contributes to the development of team members within the department.

• Successful in building rapport to establish client trust as an organic search authority.

• Presents new SEO and content strategies to foster growth in the organic search offering.

• Identifies content gaps, aligns content efforts with priority business focuses and core SEO pages, and recommends new content strategies.

• Regularly identifies cross-channel strategies and collaborations on accounts to enhance performance.

• Consistently meets channel goals across all accounts or recommends strategic shifts to boost channel performance.

• Achieves 100% completion of Power Digital processes each week (Asana, Slack, novaPulse, etc.).

• Conducts sufficient quality assurance to ensure no errors that could negatively impact client revenue.

• Completes Power Circuit tasks and promotes adoption.

• Timely delivery of all projects and launches.

• Utilizes AI technologies to enhance and optimize business processes.

• Leverages Power Digital's Nova ecosystem in relation to your department.


⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in an SEO-focused role.

• Advanced knowledge of all facets of organic search, including on-page, technical, off-page, and SEO content. Aligning SEO and content efforts with key business priorities. Operate independently to innovate and create tailored organic search strategies to help clients maintain retention.

• Expertise and hands-on experience with essential analytical tools for SEO performance and reporting, including Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMRush, AHREFs, Moz, Screaming Frog, and others. Stay updated on industry best practices and the evolving SERP landscape.

• Ability to provide both positive and constructive feedback to team members involved in accounts. Experience in training other team members is a bonus.

• Strong organizational and time management skills in strategizing, planning deliverables, assigning tasks, and reviewing work.

• Proactive and solution-oriented problem solver for both client accounts and internal matters, exhibiting a team-player mindset.

• Excellent storytelling and presentation skills, capable of tailoring messages to diverse audiences, simplifying complex topics, and delivering actionable insights and analyses.
