Senior Order Management Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Assess and process customer orders with an emphasis on precision, compliance, and downstream effects.

• Utilize structured thinking to tackle complex and unconventional deal situations, pinpointing risks and potential solutions.

• Collaborate with Sales, Finance, and RevOps to swiftly address order-related issues and avert recurring mistakes.

• Examine order data to uncover trends, root causes, and avenues for process enhancement.

• Record and implement improvements to boost consistency, scalability, and efficiency.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Operations, or a similar field (or equivalent hands-on experience).

• Over 3 years of experience in order management, sales operations, or revenue operations within a dynamic environment.

• Strong expertise in CRM and ERP systems (Salesforce is mandatory; familiarity with NetSuite, SAP, or similar is preferred).

• Demonstrated capability to handle high workloads while maintaining accuracy, urgency, and business impact.

• Exceptional organizational and prioritization abilities—you know how to work quickly without compromising quality.
