Insights Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Conduct analyses on Services projects utilizing some of Quid’s most sophisticated AI techniques, either independently or in collaboration with Specialists, Consultants, and Principals within the team.

• Deconstruct a customer workstream to establish and manage project delivery timelines.

• Provide insights and recommendations to clients across various levels and departments, delivering a clear narrative, answering inquiries, and fostering dialogue to ensure the insights provided are valuable.

• Acquire knowledge of and utilize the Quid suite of products, capabilities, and methodologies (and assess new ones) to contribute essential insights for senior client executives.

• Develop and sustain a trusted relationship with key clients, communicate effectively, and strive for solutions.

• Collaborate with Product Management and Engineering to enhance efficiency and accelerate insights by documenting requirements and evaluating tools and new features.

⛳️ Requirements

• 2-5 years of experience in market research, consumer insights, data analytics, strategic consulting, or similar analytical positions.

• A Bachelor's degree or its equivalent in Data Analysis, MIS, Business, or a related field is preferred.

• Familiarity with text analytics and social listening tools is preferred.

• Proficiency in LLMs (Claude, ChatGPT), Excel, PowerPoint, and the ability to quickly learn new tools.

• Valid U.S. work authorization is required.
