Business Process Analyst – Payroll

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Portugal.

📋 Description

• Work closely with Finance teams and stakeholders regarding payroll issues.

• Evaluate and enhance payroll systems and procedures.

• Offer technical assistance and expertise on payroll systems.

• Ensure adherence to payroll regulations and policies.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 5 years of professional experience in Payroll Business Analyst positions.

• Proficient in Payroll Systems (e.g., ADP Celergo).

• Strong understanding of managing international stakeholders and Finance teams.

• Exceptional communication skills in English, with the ability to collaborate, resolve issues, and maintain attention to detail.
