Business Analyst I, II, III – Claims

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with Claims leadership and team members to comprehend, document, and analyze existing workflows, systems, and processes.

• Gather, refine, and prioritize business requirements, ensuring they are clear and aligned with strategic objectives.

• Convert business needs into functional and technical specifications for system design and automation.

• Discover opportunities to optimize claims processes and minimize manual intervention.

• Suggest and document process enhancements that comply with regulations and industry best practices.

• Facilitate requirement-gathering sessions, workshops, and user story development with stakeholders who may have changing needs.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience.

• Over 3 years of professional experience as a Claims Business Analyst in the Property & Casualty insurance sector.

• Proven track record in analyzing business challenges, troubleshooting issues, and employing logical, detail-oriented strategies to devise effective solutions with minimal guidance.

• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritize responsibilities, manage scope, and drive projects to completion independently in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.

• Proven experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, business stakeholders, and technical resources, coupled with strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Professional background in the Property & Casualty Homeowners and/or Residential Commercial insurance sectors as a Claims System Business Analyst.
