Senior Oracle WebCenter Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Install, configure, secure, and maintain Oracle WebCenter along with associated middleware environments.

• Design, develop, maintain, and deploy REST APIs using Spring Boot and Java 17 within Oracle WebCenter 14.x environments.

• Create, develop, and construct Oracle Portlets and portlet applications utilizing JDeveloper.

• Oversee and manage code repositories through GitHub.

• Work collaboratively with other technical experts to investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve intricate system issues.

• Create and uphold test harnesses, test plans, and test scenarios to ensure functionality, performance, and security for WebCenter and its integration components.

⛳️ Requirements

• US Citizenship Required.

• More than 8 years of relevant experience.

• Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science degree.

• Senior-level experience with Oracle Database and Oracle WebCenter-related frameworks (including Oracle WebCenter Content, Oracle WebCenter Portal, and JDeveloper IDE).

• Strong practical experience in backend Java development using Spring Boot and Java 17.

• Proven experience leading deployment, configuration, and optimization tasks for Oracle WebCenter 14.x.

• Advanced expertise in the design and development of Oracle Portlets.

• Hands-on experience with GitHub for branching strategies, pull requests/code reviews, and release management.

• Established ability to create, review, and maintain technical documentation.

• Experience in spearheading efforts to identify, analyze, and translate business requirements for WebCenter and related applications into scalable technical solutions.
