Senior Oracle ERP Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +2 more states.

📋 Description

• Develop and provide support for customizations, extensions, and integrations within Oracle E-Business Suite 11i and R12 modules, including Financials, Supply Chain, and more.

• Design, create, and manage Oracle Forms and Reports to fulfill business requirements.

• Write and enhance PL/SQL code, including packages, procedures, functions, and triggers.

• Create and manage Oracle Workflows and BI Publisher reports.

• Execute data migration, interface development, and API integrations.

• Diagnose and resolve technical challenges associated with Oracle ERP applications.

• Collaborate with functional business analysts and users to collect and analyze requirements.

• Engage in code reviews, unit testing, system integration testing, and assist with user acceptance testing (UAT).

• Document technical designs, development processes, and modifications.

• Assist with upgrades and patching activities between Oracle 11i and R12 environments.

• Stay updated with Oracle ERP best practices, new features, and enhancements.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.

• At least 8 years of experience in Oracle E-Business Suite 11i and R12 development.

• Willingness to travel 30% of the time, with up to 50% during project execution.

• Ability to identify customer needs and understand how to deliver business value through the design of robust solutions.

• Capability to learn industry-specific software and proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Oracle Development Certifications are preferred.

• Strong expertise in Oracle Forms and Reports development.

• Proficient in PL/SQL programming and database objects.

• Experience with Oracle Workflow Builder and BI Publisher.

• Knowledge of Oracle ERP modules such as Financials (AP, AR, GL), SCM, HRMS, or others.

• Experience with data migration tools like SQL*Loader, APIs, and interfaces.

• Familiarity with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure.

• Familiarity with Oracle Applications Framework (OAF) is a plus.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities.

• Capacity to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting.

• Experience with Oracle ERP upgrade processes from 11i to R12 and code retrofits.

• Technical and soft skills Oracle E-Business Suite Developer Certification.

• Experience with concurrent programs and interface development.

• Exposure to Oracle SOA Suite, Oracle Integration Cloud, or Web Services.

• Familiarity with Agile or Scrum development methodologies.
