Senior Oracle ERP Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Collect and evaluate business requirements from stakeholders in Finance, Procurement, and Operations.

• Configure and provide support for Oracle ERP Cloud modules according to business requirements.

• Conduct system troubleshooting, resolve issues, and offer user support.

• Create and maintain reports and data extracts utilizing SQL and Oracle tools.

• Assist with ERP implementation, upgrades, and system enhancements.

• Collaborate with technical teams on integrations, data migration, and customizations.

• Ensure data accuracy, maintain system integrity, and uphold compliance.

• Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and system validation processes.

• Offer documentation, training, and support to end users.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive experience with Oracle ERP Finance modules, such as GL, AP, and AR; finance expertise is essential.

• Familiarity with Oracle ERP Procurement, Supply Chain, or Project Billing modules.

• Practical experience with Oracle ERP Cloud and SQL; both are essential.

• Involvement in end-to-end ERP implementation or upgrade projects.

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business, Accounting, Finance, Supply Chain, or a relevant field.

• 3 to 6 years of functional experience with Oracle ERP.

• Practical experience in supporting Oracle Cloud ERP modules in areas such as AR, AP, GL, Fixed Assets, Expense Management, and Procurement.

• Strong comprehension of business processes and ERP principles.

• Experience in gathering business requirements and developing functional documentation.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
