Senior Oracle EBS Analyst, IT Enterprise

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Develop and oversee application solutions for finance-oriented systems in line with business goals.

• Evaluate, design, and implement business requirements utilizing Oracle EBS Finance 12.2.14 technology solutions.

• Collaborate with Accounting, Finance, and Procurement departments to gather requirements and enhance processes.

• Transform suggestions into practical system specifications.

• Collect requirements and align business objectives with optimal practices for technical solutions.

• Produce systems documentation, which includes unit tests and solution designs.

• Assist Quality Assurance through test planning and execution for regular releases, regression testing, and new implementations.

• Conduct connectivity and cross-platform testing involving APIs, SFTPs, links, banks, Kyriba, Tungsten, and Ariba.

• Enhance internal processes, reduce incidents, and boost application uptime.

• Advocate for engineering best practices while staying informed about industry innovations, trends, and standards.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

• 7 to 15 years of experience with Oracle EBS.

• At least 6 years of experience in Procurement, Fixed Assets, AP, General Ledger, or Oracle Projects Billing, costing, and Revenue cycle.

• Strong functional knowledge of Oracle EBS R12 finance modules, including Purchasing, AP, AR, GL, AGIS, EBiz Tax, CM, FA, and PA.

• Proven capability to design, test, and implement features and code on Oracle EBS R12.

• Extensive experience and solid understanding of LATAM localizations.

• Strong Ebiz functional knowledge along with excellent financial and analytical skills.

• Proficient in SQL and PL/SQL.

• Ability to identify upstream and downstream impacts and communicate them effectively.

• Resilience, emotional intelligence, and a focus on agile delivery.

• In-depth understanding of the distinction between coding and engineering.

• OCI experience is preferred.

• Familiarity with testing automation tools is preferred.

• Knowledge of cloud-native foundations or AI coding assistants.

• Advanced proficiency in oral English.

• Advanced Spanish language skills.
