This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +4 more states.
• Oversee supply chain assessments in collaboration with field sales teams to pinpoint opportunities for standardization, efficiency, and cost reduction.
• Assist in onsite program evaluations, conduct financial analyses, and provide formal customer presentations featuring actionable recommendations.
• Decrease SKU complexity and alleviate backorder risks by aligning client forecasts with capacity data and promoting the adoption of standardized components.
• Pre-validate substitutes within the clinical portfolio.
• Manage intricate customer projects from the planning phase through to execution.
• Create and implement project roadmaps that align with contractual objectives and customer priorities.
• Facilitate discussions on standardization and execution strategies across Integrated Delivery Networks (IDNs) and healthcare systems.
• Act as a subject matter expert for Presource, effectively communicating the value of procedural trays and supply chain processes.
• Work collaboratively with sales, operations, marketing, and clinical stakeholders.
• Establish relationships with decision-makers, influencers, field sales representatives, and regional leaders.
• Engage in customer meetings, training sessions, trade exhibitions, and industry conferences.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, expense reporting, credentialing standards, and administrative duties.
• Keep abreast of industry trends, healthcare economics, competitive landscape, reimbursement models, and Group Purchasing Organization (GPO) dynamics.
• A minimum of 8 years of experience in operating rooms, procedural trays, kitting, healthcare supply chain, or a related sector is preferred.
• Comprehensive understanding of procedural supply chain management, standardization strategies, and clinical product usage.
• Previous sales experience is preferred.
• Proven experience in leading customer-facing projects and managing various priorities.
• Demonstrated financial insight and the capability to assess business opportunities while communicating value-based solutions.
• Strong skills in presentation, communication, and relationship development.
• Ability to influence stakeholders and collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams.
• Excellent skills in project management, organization, analysis, and problem-solving.
• Knowledge of acute care healthcare environments, industry trends, competitors, and regulatory requirements.
• Willingness to travel up to 30% within the designated territory.
• Possession of a valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record.
• Capability to meet customer and vendor credentialing standards, which may include necessary vaccinations.
