This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Manage a portfolio of dock accounts in a designated region, overseeing the weekly customer interaction, readiness documentation, and risk assessment from opportunity through to the transition to Customer Success.
• Establish strong relationships with customer program managers, facilities and IT personnel, procurement, and legal departments, as well as collaborating with internal Account Executives, Solutions Engineers, Deployment, and Customer Success teams.
• Conduct site surveys and planning for readiness, which includes assessments of rooftops and sites, as well as evaluating power, mounting, RF, LTE, and overall network readiness.
• Facilitate the non-technical aspects of launch, addressing waivers and BVLOS approvals, data retention policies, council or board authorizations, and the staffing and training of pilots.
• Confirm deployment requirements are met prior to dock shipment and proactively escalate any obstacles encountered.
• Provide coverage for other specialists during their absences or during peak workload periods.
• Transform insights gained from launches into enhancements for playbooks and constructive feedback for Product and Engineering teams.
• Minimum of 3 years in a project management, implementation, deployment, or operations role that involves customer interaction.
• Experience in managing multiple concurrent projects with timelines, dependencies, and external stakeholders over which you have no direct control.
• Knowledge of Drone as First Responder operational concepts and dock-based remote operations; professional experience is highly preferred.
• Ability to work effectively with public sector and enterprise clients, including their IT, facilities, procurement, and legal teams.
• Exceptional organizational skills with a strong focus on detail, maintaining an up-to-date system of record.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
• Possession of an FAA Part 107 Certificate, or the capability to obtain one within 60 days of employment.
• Willingness to travel 50 to 60% of the time.
• Capacity to lift up to 60 lbs unaided.
