This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Manage standard and complex annuity new business transactions independently.
• Handle application entry, requirements management, policy issuance, check processing, and suitability reviews.
• Address inquiries from business partners, clients, and financial professionals.
• Investigate and resolve exceptions while coordinating with upstream and downstream partners.
• Document resolution actions and provide precise status updates.
• Act as a peer resource by offering guidance, sharing knowledge, and providing informal coaching.
• Monitor quality trends, identify factors driving rework, and recommend process enhancements.
• Assist with technology improvements through user testing.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to manage daily cases.
• Utilize Microsoft Copilot and AI-enabled tools for research, documentation, and productivity enhancement.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, regulatory standards, internal benchmarks, and audit expectations.
• Stay current with industry practices, products, and operational procedures.
• Complete mandatory training and undertake additional responsibilities that support organizational goals.
• Over 3 years of experience in annuities, the insurance sector, or financial services operations.
• Experience in processing complex transactions and handling exceptions.
• A High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Strong understanding of operational workflows, policies, and system navigation.
• Excellent organizational and accuracy skills; capable of managing competing priorities independently.
• Proficient in troubleshooting, interpreting procedures, and resolving non-routine issues.
• Ability to adhere to Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Quality Assurance (QA) standards.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Customer service-oriented mindset with the ability to collaborate across teams.
• Capability to mentor peers and share expertise.
• Proficient in Microsoft 365.
• Basic proficiency with AI tools like Microsoft Copilot and Zoom AI.
• Ability to work independently in a full-time remote work setting.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent relevant experience is preferred.
• LOMA designation (FLMI, ALMI, ACS, etc.) is preferred.
