Senior Operations Manager – RAD

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Oversee daily operational activities, encompassing performance metrics, billing processes, profit & loss management, and resource forecasting for an expanding fleet.

• Lead a high-achieving team of Operations Managers and Team Leads.

• Create and expand response frameworks tailored to address unique challenges in autonomous vehicles.

• Promote excellence in key performance indicators across specialized autonomous vehicle metrics.

• Engage with Senior Management and clients as required to support ongoing business expansion.

• Ensure adherence to changing regulatory and legal standards pertinent to autonomous transportation.

• Take charge of the recruitment and talent development processes.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least two years of experience as a Senior Operations Manager or a minimum of seven years in an Operations Manager role within high-stakes or safety-critical sectors (such as transportation, automotive, or aviation).

• Experience with Autonomous Vehicles is essential.

• A BA/BS degree is preferred.

• Proven experience in managing supervisors, along with coaching and developing team members.

• Willingness to travel 20% of the time to facilitate market launches, conduct field audits, and engage with regional stakeholders.
