Senior Operations Manager – E-Commerce

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Convert annual and quarterly objectives into actionable steps, milestones, and checklists.

• Oversee operational workflows within the agency and, when necessary, collaborate with Finance and People Operations.

• Implement new automations and processes using Claude, Make, and n8n.

• Create and sustain KPI dashboards and summaries.

• Administer the daily operations of the OKR system, including regular check-ins and reminders.

• Collaborate with team leads to identify and resolve bottlenecks sustainably.

• Partner equally with team leads across all six departments, without direct disciplinary authority.

• Determine which automations will be adopted by the AI and Process Team.

• Assist with reporting to the executive team.

• Proactively enhance processes and automations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Multiple years of experience in project-based work or process management, preferably in an agency or e-commerce setting.

• Familiarity with project management software such as ClickUp or Asana.

• Knowledge of automation tools like Make or n8n.

• Analytical and systems-oriented mindset, with a fundamental understanding of controlling and performance management.

• Clear and structured communication skills, both internally and externally.

• Proficient in Google Sheets and Excel.

• Strong interest in AI tools such as Claude and ChatGPT.

• Excellent self-management skills.
