This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee the strategy, performance, security, and ongoing enhancement of Managed File Transfer, Control-M, Control-D, print fulfillment systems, and related AWS-hosted infrastructure.
• Develop, track, and communicate key performance indicators, service level agreements, and system health metrics.
• Lead incident management, escalation, disaster recovery, and business continuity initiatives.
• Promote the integration of AI, AIOps, and automation technologies to enhance monitoring, workflows, service reliability, technical documentation, knowledge management, support operations, and user experience.
• Provide guidance to internal stakeholders and external clients, ensuring alignment of technology services with business goals.
• Manage client onboarding and act as the senior escalation point for critical operational challenges.
• Oversee relationships with technology and business partners, including vendor selection, contract renewals, licensing, and performance management.
• Establish and enhance 24x7 support capabilities, root cause analysis, process improvements, and proactive stability measures.
• Lead, mentor, and develop engineers, analysts, and technology experts.
• Cultivate an inclusive, collaborative, and high-performing culture while supporting career development and organizational success.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of experience in IT operations.
• At least 3+ years in a formal people management or leadership position.
• Direct experience with managing Control-M or similar enterprise schedulers, Control-D, and MFT platforms.
• Proven experience overseeing infrastructure operations within AWS, including EC2, S3, IAM, and CloudWatch.
• Demonstrated expertise with SFTP, AS2, and HTTPS data transmission protocols.
• Experience managing high-volume print fulfillment workflows.
• Proven ability to handle high-severity production incidents.
• Candidates must reside in the United States in one of the 50 states or the District of Columbia.
• Proof of US citizenship is required at the time of hire.
• Work authorization must not currently or in the future require visa sponsorship in the United States.
