Senior Operations Manager, AI

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Lead Mission Lane's AI operations agenda, overseeing both strategy and execution.

• Create and implement an AI Operations strategy from inception.

• Identify areas where impactful AI solutions can be applied and assess potential vendors.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product, Engineering, vendors, and Operations, for effective execution.

• Evaluate success based on key outcomes that matter, such as cost, quality, and customer experience.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in program or project management.

• More than 5 years in operational leadership roles, particularly in contact centers or customer operations.

• A solid background in strategy development, demonstrating a history of delivering results through cross-functional teams in uncertain environments.

• A methodical, data-driven problem solver with a proactive approach to action.

• Capable of managing an agenda independently without a predefined playbook and gaining executive trust through performance.

• Willingness to travel around four times a year for durations of two to five days.
