Senior Operations, Analytics Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Assist in managing the performance, reliability, and accountability of high-volume messaging initiatives.

• Create reporting systems that facilitate the understanding of messaging program performance.

• Recognize delivery or compliance risks before they escalate into significant issues.

• Maintain authoritative analytics to support informed decision-making.

• Develop real-time alerting mechanisms that pinpoint operational risks.

• Conduct post-incident reviews to determine root causes, extract lessons learned, and outline follow-up actions.

⛳️ Requirements

• 4–7 years of experience in Operations (BizOps / RevOps / CS) or analytics within a tech, messaging & telecom company, or a campaign or political organization.

• Proficiency in AI-enabled development.

• Background in high-volume messaging, including SMS, MMS, email, push notifications, or similar communication channels.

• Familiarity with BI tools, extracting data from APIs, SQL, or Python.

• Experience in advocacy, politics, nonprofits, civic engagement, campaigns, or other environments with high-volume communications.

• A genuine commitment to the mission of combating fascism and fostering progressive power, along with comfort in operating within a political calendar.

• Total compensation package equivalent to **$91,875 - $105,875** annually.

• Base salary ranging from $85,000 to $99,000.

• $5,000 end-of-cycle bonus.
