Senior Ontology Advisor – Fractional

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Engage in sales and discovery discussions with CIOs, CTOs, data leaders, and business stakeholders at organizations that prioritize Palantir.

• Provide strategic advice on Palantir's offerings, including Foundry, AIP, ontology, and operational workflows.

• Assist in scoping activation sprints and oversee the delivery approach, technical feasibility, and planning for adoption.

• Aid in the design and validation of enterprise use cases utilizing Palantir, covering everything from data foundations to decision workflows.

• Offer insights on governance, security, compliance, access control, and change management for extensive Palantir implementations.

• Evaluate client proposals and technical roadmaps to ensure that solutions are practical, scalable, and ready for enterprise deployment.

• Support Xenon7 during partner discussions and enhance credibility with field teams and ecosystem partners related to Palantir.

• Contribute to thought leadership by creating client-facing materials, executive insights, and engaging in speaking opportunities centered on Palantir use cases and best practices.

⛳️ Requirements

• Candidate must be based in the United States.

• Advanced degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, Information Systems, or a related discipline.

• Extensive hands-on experience with Palantir Foundry and related enterprise deployments.

• Strong comprehension of Palantir AIP, ontology design, governance processes, and operational workflow design.

• Demonstrated ability to facilitate enterprise adoption, implementation, or advisory services in complex settings.

• In-depth knowledge of data governance, security, compliance, and change management within regulated or large-scale organizations.

• Capability to advise senior stakeholders and translate technical trade-offs into business results.

• Excellent communication skills in English.

• Bonus: Previous employment with Palantir, experience with Palantir partners/SIs, or experience leading Foundry/AIP programs internally.
