This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Serve as the primary liaison responsible for all interactions between Lavu and the customer throughout the product onboarding journey.
• Create, implement, and oversee a tailored project plan for each client.
• Handle multiple tasks and oversee a vast portfolio of varied merchants with distinct software and hardware needs.
• Grasp business priorities and effectively prioritize customers based on their progress in the onboarding process.
• Cultivate a deep understanding of Lavu’s product offerings, providing insights and entry-level support.
• Champion the customer’s needs, adopting a “Customer First” mindset during the onboarding phase.
• Provide advice on configurations and promote additional hardware and software options to customers.
• Collaborate closely with Sales, Payments, Fulfillment, and Account Management teams to enhance the onboarding experience.
• Minimum of 2 years in customer service, preferably with experience in the hospitality sector.
• At least 1 year of project management experience or equivalent background.
• Experience with restaurant POS systems is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Familiarity with HubSpot is preferred but not essential.
