This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Act as the main daily contact for a designated portfolio of high-net-worth individuals, family offices, foundations, and corporate clients.
• Facilitate client onboarding from the signed engagement through to full activation, which includes collecting documentation, providing access to digital tools, and setting up portfolios/accounts.
• Organize, schedule, and prepare for client meetings, account reviews, and educational engagements.
• Create presentations, performance summaries, and service metrics, and document follow-ups in the CRM system.
• Address client requests, make decisions within established operational procedures, and coordinate deliverables across Investments, Operations, Legal/Compliance, Marketing, and Client Service.
• Ensure accurate CRM records are maintained and assist in reporting on service levels, onboarding status, and indicators of retention/expansion.
• Identify opportunities for process enhancements in onboarding, client communications, and transitions, while documenting best practices.
• Oversee a complex and strategically significant client portfolio.
• Develop annual engagement plans and objectives that encompass asset gathering, referrals, cross-selling, and other new business goals.
• Address escalated client concerns and nuanced service requests, collaborating with senior client engagement leadership as necessary.
• Convert client objectives into internal briefs that guide recommended next steps and educational plans.
• Gather client feedback and communicate insights to leadership and cross-functional partners.
• Represent the organization in client meetings and select events, and assist with logistics and follow-up.
• Undertake additional responsibilities consistent with the role.
• Over 10 years of experience in client-facing relationship management, account management, client service, or consultative support within investment/wealth management, private funds, philanthropy/DAF, or impact investing.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience.
• Proven track record in managing complex stakeholder relationships, coordinating multi-party deliverables, and ensuring follow-through.
• Strong understanding of public and private market investment terminology and concepts.
• Significant experience in impact investing and/or values-aligned investment strategies.
• Familiarity with impact/values-aligned investing and the organization’s product offerings.
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple concurrent client workstreams.
• Regular use of CRM systems for notes, tasks, and updates on pipeline stages.
• High level of professionalism, discretion, and judgment in handling confidential information and investor relationships.
• Proficient in Microsoft 365 applications including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Teams.
• Skilled in using cloud-based collaboration tools like Box and Asana.
• Experience working in a virtual environment.
• Knowledge and enthusiasm for leveraging investing to create social or environmental impact.
