This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Cultivate partnerships with the client’s Real Estate Organization and end users to develop innovative space solutions.
• Consistently deliver planning services and manage as well as report occupancy data within workplace programs and strategy.
• Convert data into actionable insights and assist with scenario planning.
• Align site-specific strategies with overarching enterprise portfolio priorities.
• Create occupancy plans and coordinate regional, site, and group-level relocations.
• Address planning issues identified during client planning sessions.
• Ensure that planning complies with corporate guidelines and optimizes space utilization.
• Advise, educate, and enforce space policies, standards, procedures, and protocols.
• Inform the client of customer-requested exceptions and support site-specific planning strategies.
• Act as a subject matter expert in the client’s workplace program and utilize data to drive productivity-enhancing solutions.
• Guide the Occupancy Planning and account team through effective client relationship management and strategic thinking.
• Flexibly respond to evolving business needs and new requirements.
• Develop business programming, restack programs, allocation plans, adjacency diagrams, test fits, migration plans, and move sequencing.
• Produce multiple solution options for intricate occupancy challenges, including M&A, rapid growth, consolidations, and economic disruptions.
• Compile and analyze data from diverse sources.
• Manage allocations and ensure data accuracy using a CAFM/IWMS database.
• Collaborate with the Space Data Insights Team.
• 5 to 7 years of experience in strategic occupancy or space planning, interior office planning, or move/project management within a corporate real estate environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in real estate, Finance, Architecture, Design, Construction Management, or a related field is preferred.
• Proficient in AutoCAD for developing test fit options; intermediate to advanced proficiency is preferred.
• Proficient in a CAFM/IWMS database such as FMS, Manhattan, Tririga, Archibus, or similar; intermediate to advanced proficiency is preferred.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Acrobat.
• Ability to master client-specific programs.
• Self-driven and capable of working independently as well as within a team.
• Strong relationship-building skills and effective interaction with business partners.
• Comfortable with frequent change and able to adapt to shifting priorities.
• Working knowledge of occupancy utilization and office design principles and trends, including mobile or collaborative workplaces is preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to deliver difficult messages tactfully and tailor information for the audience.
• Capacity to lead through influence.
• Expert-level data analytical skills with the ability to articulate narratives through data.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy, particularly regarding numbers and spatial creativity.
• Must be based in the USA.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
