Senior Next.js Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Develop websites using Next.js and React, ensuring alignment with the company's focus on reusability, quality, and coding standards.

• Assist the team’s leadership by providing technical insights, conducting peer reviews, and contributing to the technical roadmap.

• Aid the team in enhancing their technical skills and overall work experience to help them reach their objectives.

• Offer constructive technical feedback and identify areas for improvement while maintaining a positive, ambitious, and growth-oriented mindset aimed at uplifting teammates.

• Clearly articulate technical concepts and ideas, considering the audience’s level of understanding.

• Ensure effective communication and coordination within the team.

• Remain consistently aware of the team’s progress and workload.

• Convey concerns, ideas, and critical events promptly and clearly.

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in modern web application development.

• Proven proficiency in Next.js and React.

• Comprehensive understanding of how websites and contemporary frameworks function.

• Solid grasp of software development team dynamics and associated tools.
