This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Consider reliability as a property that is engineered.

• Establish SLOs and error budgets for the network platform.

• Facilitate postmortems with an emphasis on permanent solutions.

• Transition network state into code.

• Architect, deploy, and oversee network infrastructure utilizing Terraform or Ansible.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive knowledge of TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, VPNs, and SD-WAN architecture.

• Demonstrated experience with Terraform (including state management and modules) and Ansible (such as playbooks and roles) – or similar tools – within a production environment.

• Strong proficiency in Python for automation and API interactions, or comparable languages.

• Practical experience with Cloudflare, zScaler, and/or enterprise firewalls.

• Experience in setting up monitoring tools (e.g., Datadog, Prometheus, Grafana) to develop effective alerts and dashboards.
