This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
β’ Take ownership of and enhance the enterprise DDI platform (DNS, DHCP, and IPAM), guaranteeing the availability, performance, and reliability of crucial network services that support the entire organization.
β’ Act as the senior technical authority for intricate DNS and IPAM challenges, spearheading root-cause analysis and addressing high-impact incidents in extensive production environments.
β’ Promote operational excellence within the Infoblox ecosystem by leading upgrades, migrations, service enhancements, and integration initiatives, while contributing to the development of the wider engineering team.
β’ High School diploma or its equivalent with 2 years of relevant experience OR an Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree with 1 year of experience OR 5 years of relevant cumulative job experience required. 2 years of leadership or management experience is preferred.
β’ 8β10+ years of practical network engineering experience.
β’ Proven track record in managing enterprise-scale DNS, DHCP, and IPAM environments.
β’ Expert-level hands-on experience with Infoblox (NIOS, Grid architecture, DDI services).
β’ Strong proficiency in DNS (authoritative, recursive, zone management, and fundamentals of DNSSEC).
β’ Knowledge of DHCP operations and IP address lifecycle management.
β’ Understanding of core networking concepts (routing, switching, TCP/IP).
β’ Experience in supporting mission-critical, high-availability environments.
β’ Proven ability to troubleshoot complex, multi-layer service issues.
β’ Infoblox Certified Professional (e.g., BloxOne / NIOS certifications).
β’ Additional certifications are highly preferred: Cisco CCNP (or equivalent routing/switching certification), DNS or network-related certifications.
