Senior Network Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Oversee Greenfield network implementations.

• Carry out Brownfield migrations while ensuring minimal downtime.

• Execute firewall cutovers and manage routing transitions.

• Design and establish secure WAN architectures.

• Engage in customer change windows that are synchronized with U.S. hours.

• Demonstrate strong hands-on implementation and troubleshooting skills with BGP, OSPF, and firewall configurations.

• Analyze and resolve routing issues from the packet capture level.

• Conduct troubleshooting and TAC-Level Debugging based on packet captures.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of CCNP or an equivalent qualification (Mandatory).

• At least 6 years of experience in enterprise networking.

• Proficient in BGP implementation.

• Hands-on experience with Fortinet firewall deployments.

• Experience in configuring Cisco ASA.

• Expertise in troubleshooting IPSec VPNs.

• Background in customer-facing roles.

• CCNP Security or CCIE certification (Preferred but not mandatory).

• Fortinet NSE certification.

• Familiarity with SD-WAN deployments.

• Knowledge of cloud networking (AWS/Azure).
