πŸ“‹ Description

β€’ Oversees the strategic market development plan by recruiting targeted providers within specified markets and geographic regions.

β€’ Formulates and executes negotiation strategies and carries out contract negotiations related to (Home Health, DME, and IV) in collaboration with the Executive Director of Market Development.

β€’ Leads and engages in development activities across both new and established markets, including monitoring and reporting on recruitment efforts, progress, and obstacles to achieving a timely successful launch.

β€’ Promotes IHCS within the provider market through a favorable provider experience by negotiating contracts that ensure an appropriate size, composition, and geographic distribution to comply with all health plan and regulatory standards, including quality and reimbursement strategies.

β€’ Manages territories with a business-oriented approach that assesses provider performance from multiple perspectives.

β€’ Displays critical thinking abilities that address issues with logical and analytical precision.

β€’ Achieves the organization's recruitment and strategic initiative objectives.

β€’ Exhibits a deep understanding of provider operations and how plan policies may affect or be influenced by this structure, as well as an understanding of various reimbursement methodologies and their relation to costs.

β€’ Shows familiarity with providers in the assigned geographic area, possessing a comprehensive understanding of the relationships between Health plans, Providers, and Referral sources in the local market.

β€’ Ensures all provider contractual relationships adhere to regulatory requirements, as well as IHCS and Department Policies and Procedures.

β€’ Collaborates closely with key Departments to guarantee the successful execution of Provider Agreements from initiation to approval, including provider-credentialing applications.

β€’ Maintains accurate and current information regarding key contacts, clinical staff, and other essential personnel at each provider location.

β€’ Performs additional assigned tasks as necessary or required.

β€’ Minimum of 2 years of contracting experience

β€’ Must be a resident of AZ/CO
