Senior Network Architect

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Serbia.

📋 Description

• Define, scope, and implement the IT strategy in collaboration with IT and business leaders.

• Oversee the development of technical solutions that are hosted both internally and externally.

• Offer technical expertise and guidance for the Worldwide Clinical Trials computing environment.

• Establish and update IT architecture standards as necessary.

• Execute and sustain IT infrastructure projects, ensuring milestones are met and providing regular progress reports.

• Deliver Tier 3–4 support for the daily management of infrastructure solutions.

• Enable and manage efficient monitoring and auditing of IT and security audit logs.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 10 years of experience in managing and/or designing enterprise environments.

• At least 7 years of relevant experience is acceptable with a bachelor’s degree in IT, engineering, or sciences.

• In-depth understanding of TCP/IP, Virtual Private Network (VPN), Domain Name System (DNS), and Dynamic Host Configuration Protocol (DHCP).

• Strong troubleshooting skills for complex enterprise technical challenges.

• Comprehensive knowledge of infrastructure services such as Active Directory, SCCM/WSUS, and GPOs.

• Experience in technical administration.

• Proficiency in scripting with Microsoft PowerShell or a comparable language.

• Willingness to manage network and datacenter maintenance or emergencies during non-business hours, including evenings and weekends.
