Senior Network Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Support and troubleshooting of advanced local area network (LAN) routines, routing, and corporate wireless networks.

• Management and administration of security policies in edge and data center Firewalls (**Cisco Firepower** and **Palo Alto**).

• Administration and access control via **Cisco ISE** (TACACS+, 802.1X, Guest Portals).

• Involvement in SD-WAN solutions, connectivity analysis, and VPNs.

• Diagnosis of network and security incidents during the night shift, ensuring business stability and continuity.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficiency in STP, 802.1X, AAA, Static Routing, and BGP.

• Practical experience with Cisco WLC 9800, FlexConnect, Mesh, MAC Filtering, 802.1X, Guest Portal, and SSID troubleshooting.

• Creation and maintenance of security rules, NAT, Site-to-Site VPN, and policy diagnostics in **Cisco Firepower (via FMC)** and **Palo Alto (via Panorama)**.

• Administration of PSN and PAN, TACACS+, 802.1X, and Guest Portal.

• Practical knowledge of SD-WAN solutions.

• English: Required (fluency for technical communication and support).

• Spanish: Desirable.

• Experience in SD-WAN **Silver Peak (Aruba EdgeConnect)**.

• Experience with **OT** (Operational Technology / Industrial Networks) environments.

• Knowledge of **SolarWinds** (NCM and HCO).

• Experience with **Cisco Catalyst Center**.
