Senior NetSuite Consultant – FSM

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.

📋 Description

• Serve as a Subject Matter Expert in the Field Service Management and Manufacturing domain.

• Take ownership of the project lifecycle from initial discovery and design through to configuration and User Acceptance Testing.

• Facilitate client discovery sessions to align manufacturing and distribution needs with NetSuite best practices.

• Oversee and deliver intricate NetSuite implementation projects, encompassing solution design and project management.

• Identify, communicate, and address project limitations, issues, risks, constraints, and dependencies.

• Implement comprehensive end-to-end NetSuite configurations, including complex business logic, custom fields, and workflows.

• Provide guidance on manufacturing processes such as Shop Floor, Control, and BOM management.

• Offer insights on distribution workflows, including Pick/Pack/Ship and Demand Planning.

• Develop preventive maintenance schedules, warranty-tracking workflows, and intelligent dispatching boards within NetSuite FSM.

• Advise clients on cost accounting, landed costs, preventive maintenance, WIP and Routing, Demand Planning, and inventory valuation.

• Design and oversee internal QA processes while guiding client UAT to ensure system stability and data integrity.

• Assign tasks to analysts and mentor their professional development.

• Collaborate with project management teams, senior consultants, and architects.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in implementing NetSuite, particularly within FSM processes.

• Demonstrated experience in Field Service Management, including Core Service Tasking, Dispatch Boards, mobile application orchestration, Offline Data Sync, PM scheduling, Asset Lifecycle Management, Van Stock/Truck Inventory optimization, and SLA and Warranty tracking configurations.

• In-depth knowledge of NetSuite core configuration and complex business logic.

• Familiarity with Waterfall/agile methodologies.

• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.

• Capability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.

• Proficient in handling spreadsheet-level data transformations.

• Awareness of leading practices in the NetSuite ecosystem.

• Previous experience in project management and solution design.

• Strong understanding of Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, asset management, and Item Management processes.

• Experience with Advanced Inventory, Work Orders and Assemblies, Advanced Manufacturing, Demand Planning, WIP and Routings, MRP, NetSuite WMS, Manufacturing Mobile, and complex Landed Cost configurations.

• Familiarity with NetSuite Ship Central or third-party shipping/WMS integrations such as RF-Smart, HighJump, Pacejet, or ShipStation.

• Proficient in using Jira and Google Workspace.

• NetSuite Certified ERP Consultant or SuiteFoundation certification is highly desirable.

• Experience with Quality Management Systems is a significant advantage.
