This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada, +1 more country.
• Take ownership of the entire NetSuite environment lifecycle, encompassing architecture design, configuration, customization, and release management for GL, AR, Advanced Revenue Management, Procure-to-Pay, and International Consolidations & Reporting.
• Develop and manage SuiteFlow workflows, SuiteScript automations, custom records, fields and objects, approval processes, saved searches, dashboards, and SuiteAnalytics reporting.
• Oversee roles, permissions, and security measures.
• Collaborate with the Internal Controls Manager to implement change management, data governance, and ensure audit-ready SLAs.
• Manage integrations between NetSuite and other financial tools, including Ramp, Floqast, Workiva, and Claude Co-work.
• Deliver technical support and address any ad hoc issues that arise.
• Track system performance and collaborate with the NetSuite ACS team to mitigate risks, vulnerabilities, and performance issues.
• Propel the NetSuite roadmap by pinpointing optimization opportunities, advising on best practices, and suggesting strategic system enhancements.
• Recognize and execute automation opportunities across finance workflows, including the deployment of AI agents to replace manual tasks.
• A minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience managing and configuring NetSuite ERP across various finance modules, such as GL, AR, Advanced Revenue Management, Procure-to-Pay, and Consolidations.
• NetSuite Administrator Certification or equivalent NetSuite certifications required.
• Demonstrated experience in SuiteScript development.
• Capability to design, construct, and maintain scripts that automate processes beyond native workflow functionalities.
• Extensive knowledge of end-to-end financial processes, including month-end closing and consolidation activities.
• Experience in establishing change management, data governance, and audit-ready controls.
• Comfort in partnering with an internal controls team on these initiatives.
• Strong stakeholder management capabilities and the ability to cultivate trusted relationships with accounting leadership and cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with AI and LLM-driven automation in financial contexts, along with experience with Ramp or Workiva, is highly advantageous.
